Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00079 | $0.01514 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00039 | $0.00757 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00016 | $0.00303 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00151 |
Grade A, and why
market-launch scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 180 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Market Launch — 4-Week Launch Orchestration
A launch is a campaign, not an event. This skill produces a day-level plan that keeps marketing, product, and support coordinated.
Pre-flight
Confirm:
- What's launching — new product, new feature, new pricing, new brand
- Launch date (target ship day)
- Audience — existing users, new audience, both
- Goal metric — trial signups, paid conversions, revenue, reach
- Distribution channels available (website, email list size, social following, paid budget)
- Team capacity — solo, small team, full org
The 4 Phases
Phase 1 — Pre-launch (Weeks -4 to -1)
Build anticipation, validate the offer, prep assets.
Week -4 — Positioning
- Finalize the one-liner and value prop
- Confirm target audience and pricing
- Build a waitlist landing page
- Draft the press release version (even if you won't send it — it clarifies thinking)
Week -3 — Asset creation
- Hero copy, launch email sequence (5–7 emails), social posts (20+), ad copy (3+ variants per platform)
- Product screenshots, demo video (under 90s), walkthrough
- Pricing page, FAQ page, comparison page if applicable
- Support docs and onboarding flow
Week -2 — Build the audience
- Tease on social (3–5 posts that hint without revealing)
- Waitlist campaign to current list
- Reach out to 10 key customers/partners for early access + quotes
- DM/email 5–10 journalists or creators who cover the space
Week -1 — Dress rehearsal
- Internal review: marketing, product, support, sales all aligned
- QA the signup flow, payment flow, emails trigger correctly
- Schedule all Day 0 posts, emails, ads
- Brief support on expected questions
Phase 2 — Launch week (Days 0–7)
Day 0 — Go live
- Publish the landing page + unlock signups
- Send launch email to full list (morning in primary timezone)
- Post on every social channel — platform-native, not cross-posted
- Activate paid ads
- Personal DMs/emails to 20 key people
- Founder posts on LinkedIn and X with a personal story
- Live in the support channel — first 24h is loud
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

market-launch is a skill published in the GitHub repository rediumvex/ai-marketing-claude (38 stars, last pushed 5mo ago), licensed MIT.
