Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00026 $0.01416
Opus 5 $0.00013 $0.00708
Sonnet 5 $0.00005 $0.00283
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00142

Security

Grade A, and why

leading-org-change scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Leading Organizational Change

Transform culture, structure, and operations without breaking the business.

Help the user with leading organizational change using insights from 29 guests and posts across Lenny's Podcast and Newsletter.

How to Help

  1. Diagnose the friction - Identify whether the change is driven by growth, crisis, or technological shifts to determine the right posture.
  2. Align stakeholders - Map key influencers and translate product principles into language that resonates with different departments.
  3. Structure the rollout - Design phased implementations, from small-scale pilots and isolated teams to company-wide adoption.
  4. Establish rituals - Create feedback loops and cultural milestones to cement the change into daily operations.

Core Principles

Act as a gardener, not a builder

Alex Komoroske: "What I look for instead are things that can be gardened, things that can grow on their own and that you can direct or maybe give a little bit of extra energy to or curate over, and is a totally different mindset for it. If you do this properly, it looks like magic."

Nurture emergent, self-sustaining ideas rather than forcing rigid structures. Identify low-risk projects that can grow independently with minimal intervention.

Prioritize internal alignment over external research

Chris Hutchins: "But you think that customer research is all you need to build a product at a company, but figuring out how to create excitement internally and get buy-in from other teams because they're the ones that are going to build it. They're the ones that are going to help market. It's all a team effort."

Innovation within large orgs requires a shift in focus toward intensive internal alignment. State your vision at every opportunity to keep the team inspired.

Target sacred cows

Kayvon Beykpour: "The sacred cows are like their own roadmap. What are all the things that you think we're not allowed to change? Let's start there."

Explicitly identify and target the unwritten rules and perceived constraints that prevent the team from taking creative risks.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
