Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00035 | $0.01580 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00017 | $0.00790 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00007 | $0.00316 |

Grade A, and why
voice-checker scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 216 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Voice Checker
Check prose against character voice capsules for all speaking characters in a scene.
The Iron Law
EVERY CHARACTER HAS A VOICE. Load capsules for all speakers. Check POV internal + all dialogue.
When to Use
- Called by prose-editor (Phase 3)
- Called by writing-mode for voice spot-check
- "check voice" / "voice consistency" / "does this sound like [character]?"
- Before marking scene as final
- When dialogue feels off
Scene Requirements
Scenes should include pov_character in frontmatter:
---
title: Scene Title
pov_character: Character Name
---
The character name should match the filename (without .md) in 02_World/Characters/.
The Process
Phase 1: Identify Characters in Scene
- Read scene file completely
- Identify POV character from frontmatter (
pov_characterfield) or narration style - Scan for all characters with dialogue (look for dialogue tags, speech patterns)
- Build character list:
[POV, Speaker1, Speaker2, ...]
If no pov_character in frontmatter:
- Infer from third-person limited narration
- Or ask user: "Who is the POV character for this scene?"
Phase 2: Load Voice Capsules
For each character identified:
- Search
02_World/Characters/for matching file - Load the
## Voicesection if present - Track which characters have capsules vs missing
Report loading status:
Voice capsules loaded:
✓ [Character A] - full capsule
✓ [Character B] - full capsule
⚠ [Character C] - no Voice section (will skip)
✗ [Character D] - no character file found
Continue with available capsules. Missing capsules = skipped, not failed.
Phase 3: Check POV Character
Internal Narration (only POV character has this):
- Does thinking style match
Internal.Style? - Are
Internal.Markerspresent naturally? (not forced) - Any violations of
Internal.Never? → CRITICAL
POV Character Dialogue:
- Apply same dialogue checks as other characters (see Phase 4)
Phase 4: Check All Dialogue
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

voice-checker is a skill published in the GitHub repository reluctantfuturist/loyal-wingman (7 stars, last pushed 8mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 35 tokens to every session and 1,580 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
