What is crawl-reliability-ops?

A planning skill for tracking and reducing failures in web crawling, which is the automated collection of pages or data from websites. It produces error categories, crawl-record fields, metrics, service targets, alerts, a dead-letter queue for items needing later handling, domain-specific rules, and retry policies.

Use it to design crawler monitoring, dashboards, failure tracking, retry behavior, and domain-specific handling rules. It is also for setting reliability targets and alerts.

It provides a structured way to understand failed links and lower the failure rate over time. It also helps decide what to retry, alert on, or send for manual review.
