What is web-frontend-build?

A frontend-building guide for making static websites with semantic HTML, reusable CSS, and plain JavaScript. It also covers responsive layouts, dark and light themes, and navigation tied to scrolling.

Use it to create or update no-build-step HTML, CSS, and JavaScript sites with responsive layouts, theme switching, and scroll-based navigation.
