What is web-motion-animation?

A guide for adding web animations such as moving canvas backgrounds, scroll effects, small interface reactions, and support for users who prefer less motion.

Use it to implement particle or gradient backgrounds, scroll-based entrances, count-ups, text reveals, hover effects, and reduced-motion behavior.
