3. Design Organizacional

Estrutura certa para o estágio. Abrangência de controle, quando adicionar camadas gerenciais, prevenção de inflação de títulos. Veja references/org_design.md para transições de gestão fundador→profissional e playbooks de reorganização. Em conformidade com as diretrizes da CLT para estruturas de cargo e remuneração.

4. Retenção e Desempenho
