What is train-assembly?

A workflow for assembling, rehearsing, checking, and landing a train of changes. A change train is a sequence of related updates that must pass shared gates before being delivered.

Use it to prepare and rehearse a train, apply its approval gates, land it, and assign responsibility when a step fails.

It helps coordinate which changes are included, freeze their source at the right time, and identify which part caused a failed check.
