What is validation-bank?

A validation and disclosure record-keeping guide. It defines exclusion checks, allocation assertions, and protections against incorrectly merging already recorded rows.

Use it when recording a validated result, creating or reviewing a disclosure, or checking the arithmetic of a roster.

It helps keep only validated entries and prevents duplicate or misleading records from entering a shared bank.
