basecamp-recipes is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from rkawaishi/workato-dev-kit. It costs 0 tokens per session (435 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A set of Basecamp 2 steps for reacting to project, calendar, people, to-do, and access events, and for running connector actions.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to create recipes that connect Basecamp 2 projects, calendars, people events, to-dos, and access changes to other systems.
Why use it?
It removes the need to remember the connector's internal step names and required provider setting when building Workato recipes.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00000 $0.00435
Opus 5 $0.00000 $0.00217
Sonnet 5 $0.00000 $0.00087
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00044

Security

Grade A, and why

basecamp-recipes scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Basecamp 2 recipes

Provider value to use in every step: basecamp

This skill extends the base workato-recipes skill. Read that first for recipe JSON structure, datapill syntax, and control flow; this document only covers what is specific to this connector.

Before you generate

  • Set "provider": "basecamp" on every step that uses this connector.
  • Use only the internal names listed below. They are the same list lint-rules.json enforces, so anything else fails wk lint.
  • Reach for __adhoc_http_action only when no native operation covers the call.

Triggers (9)

Internal name Title Batch
calendar_access_granted Access granted to calendar -
new_calendar_event New calendar event -
new_people_event New person event -
new_project New project -
new_project_calendar_event New project calendar event -
new_project_event New project event -
new_todo New to-do -
new_todolist New to-do list -
project_access_granted Access granted to project -

Actions (9)

Internal name Title Batch
__adhoc_http_action Custom action -
create_calendar_event Create calendar event -
create_project Create new project -
create_project_calendar_event Create project calendar event -
create_todo Create new todo -
create_todolist Create new to-do list -
lookup_calendar Search calendars -
lookup_person Search persons -
lookup_project Search projects -

Validation

wk lint <recipe>.recipe.json --skills-path <path-to>/skills

What ships with it

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

basecamp-recipes is a skill published in the GitHub repository rkawaishi/workato-dev-kit (5 stars, last pushed 9d ago), licensed MIT. It costs nothing until one of its globs matches a file; then it loads 435 tokens. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
