What is create-specialist?

A workflow for creating a new specialist agent and the supporting documentation it needs. A specialist agent is an agent focused on a particular area of work.

Adding a specialist agent, preparing its supporting documents, and extending an agent team's areas of expertise.

It provides a defined way to add expertise when the existing team of agents does not cover a task.
