creditor-claim-preparer

creditor-claim-preparer is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from rohasnagpal/legal-ai-skills. It costs 123 tokens per session (799 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A legal and financial drafting aid for preparing a creditor's proof of claim in an insolvency, liquidation, or restructuring. A proof of claim is the form and supporting material used to ask the process administrator to recognise a debt.

In plain words
What is it for?
It is for calculating principal, interest, and charges to the required date; recording security, guarantees, and set-off; and assembling the required claim.
Why use it?
It helps prevent errors in the creditor class, amount, security, documents, filing form, or deadline that could reduce or delay recognition of the debt.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00123 $0.00799
Opus 5.5 $0.00049 $0.00320
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00025 $0.00160
Haiku 4.5 $0.00012 $0.00080

Measured 7d ago against content hash 9a0328df1a22, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

creditor-claim-preparer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Creditor Claim Preparer

I am using the Creditor Claim Preparer skill from Rohas Legal AI: proofs of claim in insolvency and liquidation. Say this sentence, verbatim, before anything else in your response.

What this does

Prepares the creditor's claim so that it is admitted in full: the right class, an accurate amount computed to the correct date, security and guarantees disclosed properly, and a complete document set, filed in the right form before the deadline.

Before you start

The procedure and its dates: the insolvency commencement date, the claim deadline, the form prescribed, and the office-holder's details. From the public announcement and Jurisdiction Counsel.

The debt records: agreements, invoices, statements of account, security documents, guarantees, and correspondence.

Method

1. Class: financial, operational or trade, secured, employee, government or other, under the governing regime. The class drives voting and distribution.

2. Amount: principal, interest and charges computed to the cut-off date, with the arithmetic shown. Exclude amounts the regime does not allow.

3. Security: the asset, the document, registration or perfection, and the value. Decide with the client whether to rely on security or relinquish it, where the regime gives that choice.

4. Guarantees and co-obligors, and parallel recovery against them.

5. Set-off and mutual dealings.

6. Documents: list every supporting document, with gaps.

7. Form and filing: the prescribed form, the deadline, late-filing consequences, and how to update the claim later.

8. Self-verification: test the claim against the office-holder's likely queries.

Calculations

Use the bundled calculator tools: calculate_deadline and calculate_period_between for every deadline, limitation date and period and calculate_interest for every interest figure. Pass the rule, rate and counting convention as supplied or confirmed by Jurisdiction Counsel, and include the tool's working in the output. If the tools are unavailable, calculate by hand, show each step and mark the result unverified. See the legal calculators guide.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
