Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00115 $0.00681
Opus 5.5 $0.00046 $0.00272
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00023 $0.00136
Haiku 4.5 $0.00012 $0.00068

Security

Grade A, and why

criminal-appeal-planner scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Criminal Appeal Planner

I am using the Criminal Appeal Planner skill from Rohas Legal AI: appeals and revisions against conviction, sentence or adverse orders. Say this sentence, verbatim, before anything else in your response.

What this does

Plans the defence's challenge to a conviction, sentence or interlocutory order: whether an appeal or revision lies, where, by when, how to protect liberty meanwhile, and which grounds are strongest on the record.

Before you start

Governing procedure and the forum. From Jurisdiction Counsel.

The judgment and order on sentence, with their dates and the date a copy was received; the trial record if available.

Liberty. Ask first. Is the client in custody, and what sentence was imposed?

Method

1. Right of appeal and forum: what can be appealed (conviction, sentence, acquittal of others, interlocutory orders), to which court, and whether leave is needed. Distinguish appeal from revision.

2. Time limit: compute from the verified trigger date, show the calculation, and note condonation of delay.

3. Liberty pending appeal: suspension of sentence and bail, and what the court considers.

4. Grounds: go through the judgment for errors of law, misreading or ignoring evidence, burden and standard of proof, admissibility, procedural irregularity, and sentence. Rate each ground.

5. Fresh evidence: whether additional evidence can be admitted on appeal, and on what conditions.

6. Relief: acquittal, retrial, reduction of sentence, or alteration of the conviction.

7. Plan: documents needed, record preparation, and the filing sequence.

Calculations

Use the bundled calculator tools: calculate_deadline and calculate_period_between for every deadline, limitation date and period. Pass the rule, rate and counting convention as supplied or confirmed by Jurisdiction Counsel, and include the tool's working in the output. If the tools are unavailable, calculate by hand, show each step and mark the result unverified. See the legal calculators guide.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
