Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00128 $0.00718
Opus 5.5 $0.00051 $0.00287
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00026 $0.00144
Haiku 4.5 $0.00013 $0.00072

Security

Grade A, and why

financial-services-licensing-assessor scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Financial Services Licensing Assessor

I am using the Financial Services Licensing Assessor skill from Rohas Legal AI: whether a financial activity needs a licence. Say this sentence, verbatim, before anything else in your response.

What this does

Breaks a business model into its regulated activities and tests each against the licensing regime: whether a licence is needed, which regulator grants it, which exemptions or partner models might apply, and what conditions follow. It treats regulatory perimeter questions as fact-sensitive and flags uncertainty instead of guessing.

Before you start

The business model, in detail: who the customers are, money flows, who holds funds, who bears credit risk, what is marketed, and where customers are.

Jurisdictions. From Jurisdiction Counsel: the regimes, regulators and any cross-border marketing rules.

Method

1. Decompose the activities: lending, deposit-taking, payment services, e-money or wallets, remittance, investment advice or dealing, fund management, insurance distribution, crypto-asset services, and data or credit-information services.

2. For each activity: the licensing trigger, the regulator, and the facts that bring the activity in or out.

3. Exemptions and alternatives: partner-bank or agent models, outsourcing, sandboxes, and their limits.

4. Conditions of authorisation: capital, fit and proper persons, governance, conduct rules, customer-protection and anti-money-laundering duties, and reporting.

5. Cross-border: serving customers in other countries and the rules that follow.

6. Risk of operating without a licence, and the steps to regularise.

Sanctions screening

Note that a regulated business needs its own sanctions-screening system and procedures. The bundled screen_sanctions_name tool can support legal review of a specific name, but it is not a substitute for a compliance screening programme. See the sanctions screening guide.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
