Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00133 $0.00689
Opus 5.5 $0.00053 $0.00276
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00027 $0.00138
Haiku 4.5 $0.00013 $0.00069

Security

Grade A, and why

insolvency-options-assessor scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Insolvency Options Assessor

I am using the Insolvency Options Assessor skill from Rohas Legal AI: choosing between insolvency and its alternatives. Say this sentence, verbatim, before anything else in your response.

What this does

Compares formal insolvency with the alternatives for the client's role and recommends a route. It checks eligibility and thresholds, and weighs likely recovery, control, cost, time and the effect on relationships and other creditors.

Before you start

The client's role. Blocking. Financial creditor, operational or trade creditor, secured creditor, the debtor itself, a guarantor, or an individual debtor.

The regime. From Jurisdiction Counsel: the insolvency statute, the forum, thresholds and procedures available.

The debt: documents, amount, default date, security, any dispute raised by the debtor, and what is known of the debtor's assets and other creditors.

Method

1. Eligibility: whether the client can initiate each procedure; the default and threshold tests; any pre-existing dispute that bars initiation; limitation. Flag thresholds for verification.

2. List the options: negotiated settlement or restructuring, security enforcement, recovery suit or summary procedure, arbitration, formal insolvency (reorganisation or liquidation), schemes and pre-packs, and individual or guarantor insolvency.

3. Compare: likely recovery and priority, time to outcome, cost, control of the process, effect of moratorium on other remedies, and leverage for settlement.

4. Debtor-side options, where the client is the debtor: restructuring tools, voluntary procedures, and directors' duties near insolvency.

5. Recommend a route with the first step and its deadline.

UK Gazette check

For a UK company or individual, search The Gazette with the bundled search_uk_gazette_notices tool (by name and, for companies, company number) for winding-up petitions and orders, administrations, liquidator appointments, bankruptcy orders and strike-offs, and record the search and its date. An absent notice is not proof that no event occurred. See the UK integrations guide.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
