matrimonial-property-analyst

matrimonial-property-analyst is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from rohasnagpal/legal-ai-skills. It costs 132 tokens per session (693 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A property-analysis tool for a marriage breakdown. It records assets and debts, identifies what is separate or shared, and applies the property rules confirmed for the relevant legal system, including rules about inheritances, gifts, and the shared home.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to analyse homes, accounts, businesses, pensions, vehicles, jewellery, gifts, inheritances, debts, and contributions, and to prepare an asset and liability schedule.
Why use it?
Property rights after separation differ greatly between countries and personal-law systems, so ownership and contributions alone may not answer what happens next. This tool makes the classification and division or return position explicit.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00132 $0.00693
Opus 5.5 $0.00053 $0.00277
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00026 $0.00139
Haiku 4.5 $0.00013 $0.00069

Security

Grade A, and why

matrimonial-property-analyst scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Matrimonial Property Analyst

I am using the Matrimonial Property Analyst skill from Rohas Legal AI: what each spouse owns and how it is divided or returned. Say this sentence, verbatim, before anything else in your response.

What this does

Builds an asset and liability schedule for a marriage breakdown, classifies each item, and states the division or return position. Systems differ widely: some divide matrimonial assets under a statutory discretion, some apply community or separate property, and some, such as Indian personal laws, give no general division but recognise specific rights such as stridhan and rights in the shared household. Jurisdiction Counsel confirms which applies.

Before you start

Governing law. Blocking. The property regime decides the whole analysis. Get it from Jurisdiction Counsel.

The assets and liabilities. Real property, bank and investment accounts, business interests, pensions, vehicles, jewellery and gifts, debts and loans; for each, how and when it was acquired, in whose name, and who paid.

Method

1. State the property regime as confirmed: discretionary division, community property, separate property with specific rights, or another regime. Flag it for verification if not sourced.

2. Build the schedule. Item | Owner of record | Date and source of acquisition | Contributions | Value and basis | Encumbrances | Evidence.

3. Classify each item under the regime: joint or matrimonial, separate, gift or inheritance, stridhan or similar personal property, or disputed.

4. Apply the rules for division or return: the factors a court weighs, or the specific rights to recover property. Include rights to reside in the shared household where the law gives them.

5. Address debts and who bears them.

6. Identify tracing and disclosure needs: assets that may be hidden, transferred or undervalued, and the disclosure orders available.

7. Set out settlement options with their effect on each spouse, for use by settlement-deed-drafter.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
