Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00134 | $0.00753 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00054 | $0.00301 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00027 | $0.00151 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00013 | $0.00075 |
Grade A, and why
moratorium-impact-analyst scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 57 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Moratorium Impact Analyst
I am using the Moratorium Impact Analyst skill from Rohas Legal AI: what an insolvency moratorium stops and what it does not. Say this sentence, verbatim, before anything else in your response.
What this does
Works out how an insolvency moratorium or automatic stay affects the client's specific rights and proceedings, and what to do about each: wait, seek permission, file a claim, or continue.
Before you start
The regime and the order: the moratorium order or automatic stay, its date and its scope. From Jurisdiction Counsel.
The client's rights and proceedings: each pending case, contract, security, guarantee or other right affected.
Method
1. Scope of the moratorium: what it prohibits, from when, until when, and its statutory exceptions. Flag each for verification.
2. Go through each right or proceeding: suits and arbitrations, execution and enforcement, security enforcement, recovery of property in the debtor's possession, contract termination, set-off, and regulatory or criminal proceedings.
3. Classify each: stayed, not stayed, or needs permission. Give the reason.
4. Guarantors and co-obligors: whether the stay extends to them under the regime.
5. Contracts and essential supplies: restrictions on termination and obligations to continue supply.
6. Actions: file a claim, apply for permission or relief from stay, preserve limitation, or continue.
Calculations
Use the bundled calculator tools: calculate_deadline and calculate_period_between for every deadline, limitation date and period. Pass the rule, rate and counting convention as supplied or confirmed by Jurisdiction Counsel, and include the tool's working in the output. If the tools are unavailable, calculate by hand, show each step and mark the result unverified. See the legal calculators guide.
UK Gazette check
For a UK company or individual, search The Gazette with the bundled search_uk_gazette_notices tool (by name and, for companies, company number) for winding-up petitions and orders, administrations, liquidator appointments, bankruptcy orders and strike-offs, and record the search and its date. An absent notice is not proof that no event occurred. See the UK integrations guide.
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

moratorium-impact-analyst is a skill published in the GitHub repository rohasnagpal/legal-ai-skills (183 stars, last pushed 6d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 134 tokens to every session and 753 once invoked, about $0.0005 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-10.
