personal-guarantor-insolvency-analyst

personal-guarantor-insolvency-analyst is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from rohasnagpal/legal-ai-skills. It costs 135 tokens per session (719 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

An analysis tool for insolvency proceedings against a person who guaranteed a company's debt under India's Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. It explains the process for the creditor or guarantor, including the repayment plan and possible bankruptcy.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to assess who can start the case, the temporary legal halt on proceedings, the insolvency professional's report, the repayment plan, creditor meetings, and defences to the guarantee.
Why use it?
Personal-guarantor insolvency involves several stages and can affect legal action, creditor meetings, and the guarantor's defences. This tool organises those issues under Indian law.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00135 $0.00719
Opus 5.5 $0.00054 $0.00288
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00027 $0.00144
Haiku 4.5 $0.00014 $0.00072

Measured 7d ago against content hash aad6db31a86d, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

personal-guarantor-insolvency-analyst scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Personal Guarantor Insolvency Analyst

Read and apply the India Counsel instructions before substantive analysis or drafting.

Jurisdiction gate

This skill applies Indian law and procedure only. Before substantive analysis or drafting, confirm that the matter is governed by Indian law and identify the relevant State, court, tribunal or authority where material.

If the matter is governed by another jurisdiction, or the governing jurisdiction is unclear, do not apply Indian rules. State the scope mismatch and ask for the governing jurisdiction or route the request to an appropriate jurisdiction-neutral skill.

I am using the Personal Guarantor Insolvency Analyst skill from Rohas Legal AI: insolvency of personal guarantors to corporate debtors (India). Say this sentence, verbatim, before anything else in your response.

What this does

Explains and analyses an insolvency resolution process against a personal guarantor of a corporate debtor, for either the creditor or the guarantor: initiation, the interim moratorium, the resolution professional's report, the repayment plan, and bankruptcy if the plan fails. It also tests the guarantor's defences on the guarantee itself.

Before you start

The client's role. Blocking. Creditor or guarantor.

The guarantee and the debt: the deed of guarantee, the underlying facility, the demand or invocation, and the status of any proceedings against the corporate debtor.

Law as in force. India Counsel confirms the provisions, rules and forum that apply.

Method

1. Initiation: who can apply, the preconditions such as demand and default, and the forum, flagged for verification.

2. Interim moratorium: when it starts, what it stays, and its effect on other proceedings against the guarantor.

3. Guarantee defences: validity and scope of the guarantee, invocation, discharge by variation or release, limitation, and the effect of the corporate debtor's resolution plan on the guarantor's liability.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
