workday-reference

workday-reference is a skill for Claude Code from rossumai/claude-marketplace. It costs 123 tokens per session (468 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A reference guide for connecting Rossum's invoice system to Workday, a business platform used for finance and human-resources data, through Workday's SOAP API.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to wire export and import hooks, map invoice fields and lines, configure supplier or purchase-order imports, and diagnose Workday connectivity problems.
Why use it?
It explains the configuration and mapping rules needed to send invoices to Workday, import reference data, and troubleshoot tenant access.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00123 $0.00468
Opus 5 $0.00062 $0.00234
Sonnet 5 $0.00025 $0.00094
Haiku 4.5 $0.00012 $0.00047

Security

Grade A, and why

workday-reference scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Workday Integration Reference

This skill documents the Rossum-hosted Workday connector — the webhook service that submits AP invoices to Workday via its SOAP API (Submit_Supplier_Invoice) and imports Workday reference data (suppliers, POs, cost centers, tax objects, …) into Master Data Hub datasets. Configuration is pure JSON in the hook's settings; no code is required.

For the full guide — wiring, the mapping DSL primitive by primitive, payload conventions, import operations, scheduling, and gotchas — see reference.md.

Use this knowledge when:

  • Wiring or reviewing a Workday export or import hook (https://<org base>/svc/workday/api/v1/…, secrets, queue-based config selection)
  • Writing the export mapping — field references, conditional blocks, line iteration, value switches, attachments
  • Projecting invoice lines onto Workday's goods vs service line model (Quantity × Unit_Cost vs Extended_Amount)
  • Setting up master-data import — Get_* operations, MDH datasets, replace vs update, differential sync, cron cadences
  • Debugging tenant connectivity — implementation vs production domains, ISU permissions, IP allowlists

Note: this pack covers the dedicated Workday SOAP connector. For REST/JSON export targets (including Workday's REST procurement API called from a custom hook), see export-pipeline-reference; for the datasets the import fills and the matching that reads them, see mdh-reference.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
