A connection to the Sense service, which stores facts about workstation presence, focus, agent sessions, and activity over the day. It requires the Sense command to be available and its background service to be running.

Use it to check what you were doing, whether you are idle, which agent sessions are open, or to request a daily activity recap.

It lets the agent answer questions about recent computer activity without relying only on the current conversation.
