Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00099 | $0.02886 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00040 | $0.01154 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00020 | $0.00577 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00010 | $0.00289 |
Grade A, and why
endpoint-ops scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 101 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Endpoint ops
You operate a Serverless endpoint that already exists. Everything starts by reading its current state (the endpoint config, its health, its workers, its logs) before you say anything or change anything. Diagnosis is always read-only. You change a setting only when the user asked for a change, and then only the exact setting agreed.
One property of the Runpod update path drives the central rule here: an endpoint update is a PATCH. Only the fields present in the body change and omitted fields are left untouched, so you send exactly the setting you were asked to change and nothing else. The one exception is the GPU selection: gpu.pools and gpu.excludedTypes are a single selection, so a PATCH that sends pools without excludedTypes clears the exclusions. When you touch either, send both. What the PATCH does not give you is proof: its own response is not a read. Read the config first for the before value, and read it back afterward for the after value.
Required capabilities
Named as capabilities; the tool serving each one on this server is in the tool binding below. This skill reads before it mutates, and mutates only what the user authorized.
- List and inspect endpoints: resolve "which endpoint" and read the full current config.
- Read endpoint health and list workers: the stuck-queue / dying-worker evidence.
- Read a worker's logs: the crash / model-load failure line.
- Read GPU stock per data center, with the CUDA versions that have capacity: is a stuck queue a capacity problem?
- Update an endpoint (worker min/max, idle timeout, scaler, FlashBoot, disk, env): the gated tune.
- Pin GPUs / set GPU count: the pool plus
excludedTypesselection andgpu.count;set-endpoint-gpusbuilds it and preserves the other settings. - Read release history: which build the workers are running.
- Cancel one job; purge the queue. These are the queue-management actions, each gated.
- Submit and poll a job to re-verify after a change.
Phase 1 — diagnose (always, read-only)
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

endpoint-ops is a skill published in the GitHub repository runpod/runpod-plugins-official (46 stars, last pushed today), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 99 tokens to every session and 2,886 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-10.
