resume-tailor

resume-tailor is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from russeell/jobfindsme. It costs 23 tokens per session (782 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A resume-editing assistant that turns a real work history and, when provided, a job description into a reviewable draft. It keeps the original resume unchanged and marks facts that still need confirmation.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to compare a resume with a job description, identify gaps, reorder relevant experience, and write copy-ready summaries, skills, project descriptions, or a full draft.
Why use it?
It helps tailor a resume without inventing skills, duties, employers, dates, or results. It also shows how each proposed change relates to the job requirements.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00023 $0.00782
Opus 5.5 $0.00009 $0.00313
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00005 $0.00156
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00078

Measured 6d ago against content hash 6a9f7a446cb1, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-10-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

resume-tailor scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

  • 有 job_id 用 read_job;只给岗位名称时用 find_local_jobs,核对公司和岗位后再读。

修改已确认版本且用户要求可保存提案时,先 read_confirmed_resume,再按返回版本与 evidence_ids 用 propose_resume_changes 提交最多5个局部提案(section/before/after/rationale/evidence_ids/needs_user_input)。

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
