- Inspect relationships, draft a Proposed successor, and grill changed forces, alternatives, migration, consequences, evidence, and Open Questions.
- Require the successor acceptance packet and explicit confirmation, accept the successor first, then use
adr supersedefor the transaction; verify reciprocal links, append-only history, and generated indexes.
Do not contact another model or mutate user-owned instructions.
