Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00089 | $0.00882 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00044 | $0.00441 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00018 | $0.00176 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00009 | $0.00088 |
Grade A, and why
consulting-offer-and-pricing scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 46 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Consulting Offer & Pricing
Phase 1 of the acquisition system: get the model + offer right BEFORE any marketing. "Simplicity scales. Create service-market fit, then refine messaging."
The sequence (do in order)
- Market research first. Answer 7 questions before writing any copy: business story; offer headline; ideal client (ICP); client's BEFORE state; client's AFTER state; competitive edge; 5+ problems → solutions → benefits. This doc feeds every downstream asset (reels, ads, sales scripts).
- Pick positioning for your stage. One sentence: "I'm positioning my [DWY/DFY/DIY] offer as [tier] for [ICP], my unique angle is [mechanism]." The less revenue you've made, the MORE niched you go.
- Map 3-4 marketing angles from the research / competitors. Each angle = a repeatable thing you say in content (Weblyfe example angles: "Creative Operator + AI leverage", "Notion agency OS", "Skills that make you irreplaceable", "Sales + proof systems").
- Write 5-10 deliverables. Each deliverable doubles as a conversion angle (coaching, curriculum, templates, SOPs, community, WhatsApp access, lifetime updates...).
- Price on value, not cost (see protocol below).
Pricing Protocol (5 steps)
- List past results — for each, estimate financial value (revenue gained / cost saved).
- Value Discovery — cost to solve the problem + the transformation, for a real client. (No clients yet? Use your OWN result with the skill.)
- Set price via ROI multiple — offer must produce 2-4x ROI for the client. Re-price every time you sell more and gather feedback. Example: deliver ~$20k value in 3 months → charge $5k upfront. No offer yet? "I made myself $30k/mo in 4 months at 10h/wk, client gets ≥half → charge $7.5k upfront."
- Package tiered offers — minimum 2 tiers using the Contrast Principle. Market only the premium (e.g. $9k full). Down-sell the core (course + templates, no 1:1, e.g. $3k) ONLY when a prospect can't afford the main.
- Draft a 2-3 sentence price-presentation script framing price as an investment with clear ROI.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

consulting-offer-and-pricing is a skill published in the GitHub repository S3YED/appie-kit (9 stars, last pushed 16d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 89 tokens to every session and 882 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.
