agent-os: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/do-code-review/SKILL.md

do-code-review is a skill for Claude Code from saadnvd1/agent-os. It costs 61 tokens per session (2,456 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A code-review workflow that sends changed code to specialised reviewers, checks their findings against the code, and reports confirmed issues by severity. A pull request is a proposed code change submitted for review before merging.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it before opening or merging a pull request to review the branch, verify findings, fix issues, and write the required review section.
Why use it?
It reduces the chance of overlooking defects or accepting review comments that do not actually apply, while recording the review in the pull request.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00061 $0.02456
Opus 5.5 $0.00024 $0.00982
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00012 $0.00491
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00246

Security

Grade A, and why

do-code-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Code review

Run the relevant review agents from .claude/agents/ in parallel, have review-finding-verifier check every finding against the code, and report what survives in one list ranked by severity. Then fix.

This review is optional and costs about nine agents. What merges require is the orchestrator's independent review of the PR's exact head (lib/tasks/code-review.ts, enforced by sign_off and stacks' land), which AgentOS runs itself. Run this one when the change is risky enough to want a deeper look before the PR, or when the user asks for it. For a narrower look, run only the agents that matter.

Process

1. Gather the changes and the goal

Changed files. With a PR number: gh pr diff <NUMBER> --name-only (right for stacked PRs too). Otherwise: git diff main...HEAD --name-status -M plus git status --short --untracked-files=all, so uncommitted, new and renamed files count. For a stacked task, diff against the branch the PR targets, not main.

The goal: what this change was asked to do. Take the first of these that exists, and add the next ones when they add detail:

  1. The task prompt this session was started with (an AgentOS task's first message), or the PR body: gh pr view <NUMBER> --json title, body
  2. The LumifyHub card named in the branch, PR title or prompt (through the lh CLI; load the lh skill first)
  3. The plan in docs/plans/ the prompt or card points at (local only, gitignored)
  4. The commit messages and this conversation

Write it as a short brief: what was asked for, the "done when" list, and the links. With no goal at all, skip review-spec-compliance and say so at the top of the report.

2. Select agents

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
