What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00047 | $0.03243 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00023 | $0.01622 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00009 | $0.00649 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00005 | $0.00324 |
Grade A, and why
agentweaver-demo-creative-direction scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 362 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Agentweaver demo creative direction
Use this skill to turn real Agentweaver UI activity into a concise, readable product story. It governs editorial intent, capture evidence, and post-production decisions.
For authentication, staging login, playwright-cli, and recording mechanics, read
agentweaver-demo-recording. Do not duplicate
or improvise its auth workflow.
For detailed research, citations, system timing evidence, and schema rationale, read:
Do not copy a previous video's beat order or timings. Apply these rules to the new story, target runtime, and measured capture.
Core workflow
Work in this order:
- Define the narrative arc and evidence each beat must prove.
- Author soft output budgets, DOM cue definitions, and framing intent.
- Record complete real behavior and generated cue evidence.
- Inspect actual cue timestamps, rectangles, frame timing, and dead intervals.
- Run
analyze-taketo produce a draft direction suggestion. - Have a human review/edit/approve the resulting
direction.json. - Render approved per-beat composites with
render-direction. - Assemble the scenario with hard-cut-only
assemble-final, then review and adjust against the real footage.
Do not promise source durations or screen coordinates before runtime-dependent behavior has occurred. The final runtime is an editorial constraint; it is not a capture timeout.
Verified 2026-07-30: real Agentweaver child work is designed for multi-minute runs, preview readiness includes variable build/approval/publication waits, and trace loading does not continuously poll. Capture-first/direct-after is therefore required for trustworthy timing.
Pacing arc
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

agentweaver-demo-creative-direction is a skill published in the GitHub repository sabbour/agentweaver (5 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 47 tokens to every session and 3,243 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.

recording
Capture screen recordings and screenshots on any registered computer (macOS, Windows, Linux, HarmonyOS) and manage the recording library.
frontend-design
Use this as the design-lead layer for VideoStudio COMPOSE work. It shapes project/composition/composition-manifest.json::artdirection and the model-authored HTML/SVG motion graphics in index.html.
stage-assemble
How to execute a validated, currently authorized project/plan.json into one finished file. Start/resume with production.status; if planapprovalcurrent is false, pass the state to gate-control and stop instead of producing or opening child gates. Walk the signed EDL; do not re-plan. Host-neutral: VideoStudio-specific…
image-compose
Read this skill after route lock for COMPOSE, or later in HYBRID, GENERATE, or EDIT only when deterministic copy, layout, diagram, framing, crop, mask, or overlay work is required. Do not preload it during routing. Keep the artifact in one stable directory containing image-manifest.json, index.html, and local assets.
image-router
Read this skill first and alone for every image creation or revision request. Return a locked route before reading any other ImageStudio skill; do not batch this read with craft, canvas, production, or review skills.
stage-consistency
How to keep characters, settings, and style consistent across many generated shots (and across scenes in a long story). This is the depth layer on top of the generation line: the generation line makes clips; this skill makes the SAME character look the same in every clip. Host-neutral — describe the outcome; use…
