Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00069 | $0.01068 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00034 | $0.00534 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00014 | $0.00214 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00107 |
Grade A, and why
end-my-day scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 108 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Context
Today's date: $TODAY
Step 1: Rest-of-Week Focus Protection
Fetch calendar for remaining weekdays this week (tomorrow through Friday).
Rules:
- Detection: event has
eventType == focusTimeOR title contains "focus" or "deep work" (case-insensitive) - Counting: labeled focus blocks + open gaps ≥60min within 9am–5pm, excluding lunch and personal events (school, OOO, personal appointments)
- Targets: daily floor 2–3h · weekly target 15–20h (flag if projected <15h; aim proposals to reach ~17h)
- Action model: flag + propose batch — never write to calendar without explicit approval
- Conflict-fix order: (1) propose moving your focus block to the next open same-day ≥60min slot; (2) if no open slot, flag the conflicting meeting and note if you are optional on it
- For each remaining weekday, sum focus hours using the rules above
- Compute weekly projected total (include today's actual hours)
- Flag any day <2h and/or week <15h projected
- If fixes needed, generate proposals as a numbered batch:
- Move focus blocks away from conflicts where a same-day ≥60min slot is available
- Create new focus blocks in open ≥60min slots to fill gaps toward ~17h
- Flag meetings that conflict with focus blocks (note if you are optional)
- Present focus summary table + proposals
- Ask "Approve all, pick numbers, or skip?" — wait before any calendar writes
If focus looks healthy (all remaining days ≥2h, week projected ≥15h), note it briefly and skip proposals.
Output section: FOCUS THIS WEEK
Step 2: Tomorrow Preview
Fetch tomorrow's calendar.
- Filter out multi-day all-day events. Single-day all-day events shown as context above table.
- Present as a table with columns: Time, Event
- Append
*(you're optional)*for optional events
- Append
- Add "A few things to note:" section with bullets for:
- Free blocks ≥30min (mention duration)
- Back-to-back stretches
- Cancelled or declined meetings
- Scheduling conflicts
- Only include relevant bullets — no filler
- Flag any meetings that look under-prepped (no agenda, decision-heavy, key stakeholders)
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

end-my-day is a skill published in the GitHub repository samkawsarani/sams-product-plugins (2 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 69 tokens to every session and 1,068 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
