Yandex Webmaster
Yandex is the dominant engine in Russia and a major one across the CIS, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and parts of Central Asia. Its ranking model differs enough from Google that a Google-only SEO plan underperforms there. This skill covers the Yandex Webmaster console, the Webmaster API v4, and the Yandex-specific ranking levers (geo, commercial factors, behavioral signals, SQI).
