Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00032 | $0.00555 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00013 | $0.00222 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00006 | $0.00111 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00056 |
Grade A, and why
curate-audiobooks scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 23d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 53 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Curate audiobooks
Use only the operations needed for the requested curation task. An inventory or audit does not require conversion, Audible matching, or transcript review.
Safety boundary
- Treat every source as immutable. Never rename, delete, overwrite, or use a selected source path as a conversion output.
- For source selection, start with
inventory_sourcesoraudit_library, then useselect_sources. A targeted audit can use its known file directly. - Treat
convert_audiobook,apply_audiobook_metadata, andapply_audiobook_chaptersas plans unlessapply: truewas explicitly approved for the exact paths and evidence shown to the user. Complete the relevant plan and read-only evidence before requesting a missing approval; reuse existing approval while those paths and evidence remain unchanged. - Convert into local scratch or another derived destination. Metadata/chapter repair is appropriate only for an explicitly selected derived file.
- Audible ranking is evidence, never acceptance. Record the user's reviewed
choice with
select_audible_edition. - An Audiolocate match is strong same-recording evidence, but does not choose an edition. Whisper transcript windows require human language/story/narrator review. Never infer identity from a filename alone.
- Finish changed media with
audit_audiobook; request full decode when complete decode evidence is wanted.
Full curation workflow
For complete curation, use the sequence below. For a focused request, perform only its relevant steps while preserving the safety boundary.
- Inventory the narrowest selected library root and retain probe failures.
- Audit gaps, duplicate candidates, and multipart groups; make no deletion claims.
- Select the best probed encoding while retaining alternates and duration review warnings.
- Search Audible regions, inspect the exact score facets, optionally collect acoustic/transcript evidence, and record one human-reviewed edition.
- Cache the reviewed product, chapter document, artwork, and source URLs.
- Plan conversion. After explicit approval, apply it to a separate output and confirm sources remained unchanged.
- Plan then explicitly apply metadata/artwork and chapter repair to the derived media when needed.
- Run the integrity audit and report chapter, hash, source-mapping, probe, and decode status without overstating inconclusive evidence.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

curate-audiobooks is a skill published in the GitHub repository ScriptedAlchemy/agent-bundle (11 stars, last pushed 8d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 32 tokens to every session and 555 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
