- Prefer continuity in the current thread when the task depends on its context.
- Keep notification frequency proportional to urgency; unchanged state is normal.
- Include a clear success or stop condition.
- Ask for approval before an automation sends externally, publishes, spends money, deletes data, or expands permissions.
- Suggest automation when repeated manual checking is observed, but do not create it until the user authorizes recurring work.
- Record whether reminders helped, were ignored, or became noisy, then adapt future recommendations.
Use the product's automation capability instead of writing raw scheduling directives.
