Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00082 | $0.02473 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00033 | $0.00989 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00016 | $0.00495 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00247 |
Grade A, and why
mcp-server scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 112 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
MCP Server
Everything here documents the repository as it is on main. If main disagrees with this file, main wins: follow it and flag the drift.
Discord Manager has no web UI. The MCP server is how the owner uses the product: an MCP client spawns pnpm run mcp over stdio and calls tools that are thin projections of the business layer. The rule that keeps this honest: the MCP server never serves more, and never less, than the business layer serves the owner — enforced by the parity test.
Architecture map
app/mcp/
tool.ts McpTool shape (name, description, inputSchema, wraps, execute)
server.server.ts stdio server: listTools / callTool dispatch, JSON-schema projection
registry.server.ts accumulate-only array of every domain's tools
tools/<domain>.server.ts one array per domain (channelsTools, bookmarksTools, …)
run.ts entrypoint — `pnpm run mcp`
parity.test.ts every business capability is wrapped xor exempt
parity-exemptions.ts business functions that are not owner capabilities, with a reason each
The server is stdio-only and single-owner. There is no network listener, no bearer token, no consent screen, and no scope model — the process is spawned by the owner's own client on the owner's own machine, and the configured owner is the only identity.
THE ONE RULE
A tool's execute is a single business-function call, passing the real owner context. No authorization lives in app/mcp/ — every gate is the business layer's own gate, reused:
- Capability is the business function's
applySchema(input, contextSchema). The extended context schema carriesz.literal(true)flags; a deployment that lacks a capability fails validation there, with the same error a job or a test would get. - Data scoping and the final say belong to the same schema. If the business layer would deny it, it denies it here too, with the identical message.
Every registered tool is listed, always. There is no visibility filter in the MCP layer: hiding a tool would be an authorization decision, and authorization decisions live in the business layer. Denial surfaces from the call, not from the listing.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

mcp-server is a skill published in the GitHub repository seasonedcc/discord-manager (3 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 82 tokens to every session and 2,473 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
