What is codument-plan-track?

A tool for documenting and tracking changes to a project’s behavior, design, or architecture. A behavior delta records how the system will work differently; proposal and track files organize the planned work.

Use it for new capabilities, breaking changes, architecture or pattern changes, and performance or security work that changes behavior.

It gives larger changes a written record so developers can review what is changing and how the work will be scheduled and connected.
