Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00037 | $0.00525 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00018 | $0.00262 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00007 | $0.00105 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00004 | $0.00052 |
Grade A, and why
sdlc-orchestrator scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 35 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
SDLC Orchestrator
Use this as the entry point for broad engineering requests. Treat the repository, runtime evidence, and stated operating constraints as the source of truth.
Operating loop
- Establish scope: repository, branch, environment, requested outcome, success signal, and destructive-action boundaries.
- Classify the work: map, investigate, change, release, or incident. Use the narrowest matching skill after initial discovery.
- Run read-only discovery first. Use the portable tooling — MCP tools (
sdlc_repo_snapshot,sdlc_language_stats,sdlc_dependency_inventory,sdlc_git_history,sdlc_risk_score), the cross-platform CLI (python mcp/sdlc_cli.py snapshot|languages|deps|risk), orscripts/commands/repo_snapshot.ps1on PowerShell. - State a falsifiable hypothesis and the evidence needed to confirm or reject it.
- Separate observations from inferences and label unknowns explicitly.
- For changes, propose the smallest reversible patch, a verification command, rollback conditions, and blast radius.
- Ask for approval immediately before mutations, publishing, deployment, credential use, or external communication.
- Verify after every mutation and report exact commands and outcomes.
Safety gates
- Never expose secrets, tokens, private keys, or sensitive logs.
- Do not infer that a green test suite proves production safety.
- Do not merge, deploy, delete, rotate credentials, or contact third parties without explicit authorization.
- Prefer reversible changes and narrow file scope.
- If evidence is missing, label the result
unknowninstead of guessing. - Keep external data egress out of diagnostic steps unless the user explicitly authorizes it.
Output contract
Return: status, scope, evidence, findings, confidence, recommended next action, approval required, verification, rollback, and residual risk.
Machine-readable contract: contract.json (inputs, outputs, tools, safety gates). Behavioral evals: tests.md. Mutations go through the gated write engine (sdlc_write_file / sdlc_replace_in_file / sdlc_rollback): dry-run diff first, confirm to apply, backup + hash-chained audit entry on every change.
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

sdlc-orchestrator is a skill published in the GitHub repository Senpai-Sama7/autonomous-sdlc-command-center (0 stars, last pushed 11d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 37 tokens to every session and 525 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.

systematic-debugging
Use when debugging a failing test, build error, or runtime issue that isn't immediately obvious. Guides a 4-phase root cause analysis instead of random fix attempts.

Trace from a reproduced symptom to the source code that causes it. Pin the specific file and approximate line, rate confidence in the cause and clarity of the fix independently, and always propose a concrete fix.
