investor-pitch-planner

investor-pitch-planner is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from serejaris/kimi-skills. It costs 60 tokens per session (3,473 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A fundraising pitch-deck planning tool that turns a startup description into an outline for an investor presentation. It covers the problem, solution, market, business model, team, and funding request, with suggestions for visualizing data.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to plan startup fundraising decks, investor presentations, and materials for raising capital.
Why use it?
It helps organize the information investors usually need into a logical presentation structure. This reduces the effort of deciding what each part of the deck should contain.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00060 $0.03473
Opus 5 $0.00030 $0.01736
Sonnet 5 $0.00012 $0.00695
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00347

Security

Grade A, and why

investor-pitch-planner scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Investor Pitch Planner

One-line request → Complete fundraising pitch deck outline: Through a structured SOP workflow, transform startup project information into a fundraising pitch deck outline covering six core modules — Problem → Solution → Market → Business Model → Team → The Ask — with data visualization recommendations for each module.

Quick Start

Simply provide a basic project description, and the Agent will automatically generate a fundraising pitch deck outline following this workflow:

User: We built a smart financial SaaS for SMBs and want to raise a Pre-A round
Agent: [Outputs a complete pitch deck outline following the SOP workflow]

SOP Workflow

Phase 1: Project Information Gathering

Objective: Extract core information needed to build the pitch deck outline from the user's description.

Steps:

  1. Parse the project description: Identify the industry, target audience, product form, and development stage
  2. Ask clarifying questions (up to 5 key questions):
    • What core pain point does the project solve? How do target users currently cope with this problem?
    • What stage is the product at? (Concept / MVP ready / Paying customers)
    • What key business metrics can you share? (User count, revenue, growth rate, retention rate, etc.)
    • What are the core team members' backgrounds? (Especially industry-relevant experience)
    • What is the target fundraising amount and intended use of funds?
  3. If the user asks to skip clarification, proceed with reasonable assumptions and flag them in the "Information To Be Provided" section of the outline

Output: Project information summary (under 200 words)

Phase 2: Problem Definition (Problem)

Objective: Clearly define the pain point faced by target users, helping investors feel the problem's reality and urgency.

Steps:

  1. Pain point description:
    • Summarize the core pain point in one sentence
    • Describe how target users currently solve the problem and the shortcomings of existing approaches
    • Quantify the pain point's impact (time cost, financial loss, efficiency loss, etc.)

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
