concept-prototyper

concept-prototyper is a skill for Codex from sergekostenchuk/ui-ux-agent-skill-system. It costs 63 tokens per session (458 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A planning and wireframing guide for shaping a website idea before visual design or production coding. A wireframe is a rough layout used to discuss structure and content.

In plain words
What is it for?
Creating a site concept, mapping pages and user journeys, making disposable HTML wireframes, organizing feedback, and routing unresolved conflicts for review.
Why use it?
It exposes unclear goals, missing content, and conflicts between business needs and user feedback while changes are still inexpensive.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00063 $0.00458
Opus 5 $0.00032 $0.00229
Sonnet 5 $0.00013 $0.00092
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00046

Security

Grade A, and why

concept-prototyper scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Concept Prototyper

This skill creates the concept bridge between SEO/semantic structure and UI design. Its prototype is a feedback artifact, not production code.

Operating Modes

  • concept: create docs/site-concept.md from semantic core and business logic.
  • wireframe: create a throwaway HTML/wireframe prototype for feedback.
  • feedback: structure user feedback into reports/business-concept-feedback.json.
  • conflict: produce reports/concept-conflicts.md and route unresolved conflicts to council.

Required Workflow

  1. Read references/concept-prototype-contract.md.
  2. Load semantic core, project brief, known business facts, and existing content if available.
  3. Build a content hierarchy: primary journey, page map, required facts, trust signals, CTA logic.
  4. If prototyping, create a clearly non-production wireframe artifact with sections marked by source reason.
  5. Collect or structure feedback and merge it with semantic constraints.
  6. If conflicts remain, route to senior-ui-ux-orchestrator council mode before design exploration.
  7. If conflicts are clear, hand off to tech-stack-selector, then design exploration.

Non-Negotiable

The prototype is disposable. Do not use it as the production implementation base unless the user separately approves a rebuild/refactor plan.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
