Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00132 | $0.02979 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00066 | $0.01489 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00026 | $0.00596 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00013 | $0.00298 |
Grade A, and why
brand-system scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 206 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Brand System
Scaffolds a brand book + design system that sits at the root of a web
product's repo — long-form BRAND.md (the working reference, 20
sections) paired with BRAND.html (the printable stakeholder
distillation, ~7 A4 pages, rendered to BRAND.pdf via Chrome
headless) and a matched tokens.css for Tailwind v4 @theme.
This skill authors the document. Its sibling brand-assets produces the pixels (SVG favicons, PWA pack, apple-touch-icon). Call both in sequence for a complete brand rollout.
The five artifacts
| Artifact | What | How |
|---|---|---|
BRAND.md |
Long-form 20-section working reference | templates/BRAND.md.tmpl via scripts/new-brand-book.sh |
BRAND.html |
7-page A4 printable distillation | templates/BRAND.html.tmpl via same script |
BRAND.pdf |
Rendered via Chrome headless | scripts/render-pdf.sh |
tokens.css |
Tailwind v4 @theme + :root + [data-theme="dark"] |
templates/tokens.css.tmpl + scripts/extract-tokens.py |
tokens.json |
W3C DTCG format for Style Dictionary / Tokens Studio | scripts/extract-tokens.py --format dtcg |
Workflow (decision tree)
-
Starting fresh? — run the signature-moves interview first: copy templates/signature-interview.md.tmpl into the repo and answer every question before scaffolding. See reference/signature-moves.md for why each question matters. Without this, the output is a template; with it, it's a brand.
-
Scaffolding a new book? — run scripts/new-brand-book.sh with the interview answers as flags. Emits
BRAND.md,BRAND.html,tokens.css,signature-interview.mdinto the output dir. -
Drafting a specific chapter? — load the matching reference:
- §0 the idea / §2 primitive / §3 signature moves → reference/signature-moves.md
- §5 logo + favicon pack → reference/favicon-pack.md
- §6 colour → reference/color.md + reference/tokens.md
- §7 typography → reference/typography.md
- §10 surfaces & materials → reference/surfaces.md
- §11 motion → reference/motion.md
- §13 voice & tone → reference/voice-and-tone.md
- §14 accessibility → reference/accessibility.md
- §17 Tailwind v4
@theme→ reference/tailwind-v4.md - Hebrew / Arabic / RTL → reference/rtl.md

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
- 12d ago First seen · 206 lines · 132 tokens per session scan A 1430e9234a4e
brand-system is a skill published in the GitHub repository shaharsha/claude-skills (5 stars, last pushed 14d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 132 tokens to every session and 2,979 once invoked, about $0.0007 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
