In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to prepare daily logs, standup notes, owner updates, work recaps, and personal operating records from dated source records and evidence.
Why use it?
It prevents planned, approved, attempted, or unverified work from being reported as completed.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00067 $0.00656
Opus 5 $0.00034 $0.00328
Sonnet 5 $0.00013 $0.00131
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00066

Security

Grade A, and why

community-ops-daily-report scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Community Ops Daily Report

Use this skill to turn one day's community work into a report. The report should sound like an operator's work record, not an agent retrospective.

Project Inputs

Get the reporting date and timezone, source records, action owners, execution states, evidence links or IDs, available metrics, data gaps, and decisions needed from the user or an approved operating record.

The skill supplies the report structure and status checks. It does not contain the user's daily work, community metrics, member follow-ups, or completion evidence. If no factual source is provided, return a blank structure or request the minimum records needed; do not produce a factual-looking report from examples.

First Move

Separate work into states:

  • prepared or pending approval;
  • approved but not executed;
  • executed but not yet verified;
  • verified and recorded action;
  • draft prepared for review;
  • data checked or analyzed;
  • user/member/creator follow-up;
  • support or risk handled;
  • blocked or owner-confirmation needed;
  • tomorrow action.

Do not write drafts, dry-runs, approvals, automation runs, or unverified execution attempts as completed public work.

Use the durable operating record and execution receipt as the factual inputs when available. Treat the daily report as a derived summary; it does not replace or silently correct the source record.

Output Pattern

Localize the visible labels to the user's requested language.

**Daily Focus**
[1-2 sentences on the actual operating focus.]

**Completed**
- [Verified action + actor + surface + evidence/status.]

**In Progress**
- [Prepared, pending approval, executed-unverified, or follow-up item + next step + owner.]

**Data / Observations**
- [Concrete signal, count, link, or declared data gap.]

**Risks / Confirmation Needed**
- [Reward, role, send, payment, permission, support, safety, or missing evidence.]

**Next-Day Actions**
- [Concrete next action.]

Style

Write in the operator's community-ops voice: practical, direct, action-based. Avoid technical workflow narration unless it is part of the work. Keep actor attribution clear: who published, who drafted, who analyzed, who needs to confirm.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
