A Git commit playbook that checks the current changes before creating a commit and applies a Japanese commit-message convention. Git commits are saved checkpoints of changes to a codebase.

Use it when asked to commit changes, write a commit message, or perform a last review before committing. It checks git status and git diff, chooses a suitable message prefix, and runs git commit.

It reduces the chance of committing unintended files or using a message that does not match the project's rules. It makes the final check before committing explicit.
