Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00077 | $0.01201 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00039 | $0.00600 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00015 | $0.00240 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00120 |
Grade A, and why
wiki-ingest scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 94 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
wiki-ingest
Turn one piece of external material into (a) a faithful capture in sources/ and
(b) updates across every wiki/ page it touches. Read CLAUDE.md for the
source-file and wiki-page conventions; _templates/source.md is the capture shape.
1. Identify the source and pick the right fetcher
Ask the user for the material if they haven't given it. Always pull fresh — don't paraphrase from memory. Route by type:
| Material | How to fetch |
|---|---|
| Notion URL | Notion MCP (read the page + its sub-pages). |
| Figma / FigJam URL | Figma MCP (get_design_context / get_figjam / screenshot). |
| Meeting / call | Fireflies MCP (search then get_transcript / get_summary), or read a provided transcript file / paste. |
| Web page / article | WebFetch (or WebSearch to locate it first). |
| Local file (PDF, md, docx-as-text, image) | Read the file. |
| Pasted text / verbal notes | Use what the user gave; url: becomes "pasted" or "verbal". |
If a preferred MCP isn't configured, fall back (e.g. WebFetch for a Notion link the MCP can't reach) and note the degraded fetch in the capture.
2. Capture faithfully into sources/
- Choose a slug:
<type>-<topic>—notion-permissions,meeting-2026-05-08-kickoff,web-competitor-pricing,doc-prd-v2,figjam-flows. - Write
sources/<slug>.mdfrom_templates/source.md. Frontmatter:title, url(canonical link / path / "pasted"),type, fetched: <today>,parent:if it hangs off another source. - Body: record claims as the source states them, verbatim where wording matters. For meetings, attribute speakers and separate decisions from discussion. Do not editorialize or resolve conflicts here.
- Fill the
## Conflicts / open questionssection with anything that contradicts existing sources, is ambiguous, or is missing. - If the source has images/diagrams worth keeping, save them under
sources/assets/and reference them.
3. Update the sources index
Add (or update) a one-line pointer in sources/INDEX.md, grouped sensibly with
the others. Replace the "no sources yet" placeholder if present.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

wiki-ingest is a skill published in the GitHub repository shrimbly/project-wiki (5 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 77 tokens to every session and 1,201 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
