What is registry-jsonl-search-ranking?

A searchable JSONL registry for skills and agents. JSONL is a text format where each line contains one JSON record; entries are ranked by relevance and can be filtered by type.

Use it to add registry entries and search them by names, descriptions, triggers, or categories, with result limits and skill-or-agent filters.

It provides one place to store, find, and inspect available skills and agents instead of searching unstructured files.
