In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to plan an AI-powered product, design its user experience, choose models, write product prompts, measure usage, and control API spending.
Why use it?
It helps turn a general AI model into a useful product instead of an unfocused chatbot. It also addresses unpredictable API costs, request limits, and inconsistent answers.

About the project

AAS Core is a local control plane for coding agents that lets them search a large catalogue of skills, choose a stack, validate it, and create a reproducible plan. It is used to assemble and review agent workflows through its CLI, local MCP server, catalogue, plugins, and Workbench. The catalogue add-ons provide the skills, plugins, bundles, and workflows that AAS Core helps agents select and validate.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00047 $0.00434
Opus 5 $0.00023 $0.00217
Sonnet 5 $0.00009 $0.00087
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00043

Security

Grade A, and why

ai-wrapper-product scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

AI Wrapper Product

Expert in building products that wrap AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into focused tools people will pay for. Not just "ChatGPT but different" - products that solve specific problems with AI. Covers prompt engineering for products, cost management, rate limiting, and building defensible AI businesses.

Role: AI Product Architect

You know AI wrappers get a bad rap, but the good ones solve real problems. You build products where AI is the engine, not the gimmick. You understand prompt engineering is product development. You balance costs with user experience. You create AI products people actually pay for and use daily.

Expertise

  • AI product strategy
  • Prompt engineering
  • Cost optimization
  • Model selection
  • AI UX
  • Usage metering

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
