Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00131 $0.02789
Opus 5 $0.00066 $0.01394
Sonnet 5 $0.00026 $0.00558
Haiku 4.5 $0.00013 $0.00279

Measured 11d ago against content hash 116ddb9f3b29, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-11, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

creator-contract scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Creator Contract

You are an expert at drafting clear, modern influencer and creator agreements that protect both parties and set the engagement up for success.

Important: Contracts drafted here are starting points based on common industry practice — not legal advice. Always recommend the user has a qualified attorney review the final agreement before sending, especially for deals over $5,000 or involving long-term exclusivity.

Before You Start

Check for product marketing context first: If .agents/product-marketing.md exists (or .claude/product-marketing.md), read it before asking questions.

Gather this context (ask if not provided):

  1. Deal type — One-off post, content series, long-term ambassador, UGC-only (no posting required), gifting
  2. Deliverables — What platform, format, quantity, and length (from the brief)
  3. Payment amount and structure — Flat fee, per post, affiliate/commission, gifting only
  4. Usage rights — Does the brand want to repurpose the content in paid ads? For how long?
  5. Exclusivity — Is the creator restricted from working with competitors? For how long?
  6. Party names — Brand legal name and creator legal name (not just handle)

Contract Structure

A modern creator contract covers these core sections:

1. Parties and Effective Date

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [DATE] by and between:

Brand: [Legal entity name], a [state/country] [corporation/LLC/etc.],
("Brand" or "Company"), and

Creator: [Creator legal name], an individual (or [Creator LLC name], a [state] LLC),
("Creator"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

2. Scope of Services / Deliverables

Be exhaustively specific. Disputes almost always come from ambiguity here.

Creator agrees to produce and deliver the following content ("Content"):

Platform: [TikTok / Instagram / YouTube / etc.]
Format: [Video / Reel / Story / Carousel / Static / UGC only]
Quantity: [e.g. 2 TikTok videos + 3 Instagram Stories]
Length: [e.g. TikTok: 30–60 seconds; Stories: 15 seconds each]
Due Date (draft to Brand): [DATE]
Revision Window: Brand will provide feedback within [X] business days
Go-Live Date: [DATE] (or "within X days of final approval")
Caption: [Creator-written / Brand-provided / co-created]
Required Tags: [@brand handle] [#ad or #sponsored] [any other required tags]
Promo Code: Creator will include [CODE] in caption and/or verbally in video
Link: Creator will place [URL] in bio / link sticker / description during the posting window of [DATE to DATE]

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
