Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00083 | $0.01128 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00033 | $0.00451 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00017 | $0.00226 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00113 |
Grade A, and why
report-bug scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 87 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Draft a Synergy Bug Report
Own the Boundary
Reporting and diagnosing are different jobs. /debug plus find-logs, inspect-sessions, and architecture own the root-cause work; this skill packages an existing finding into an issue draft for the user to review. Do not open a GitHub issue yourself and do not treat a draft as authorization to publish — the user reviews the full text and files it. Redaction is enforced by the shared outbound-text rule in git-guide: no absolute paths, SYNERGY_HOME values, session or Scope IDs, raw logs or traces, credentials, provider endpoints, or internal identifiers. Project-relative source paths are allowed.
Verify the underlying claim before drafting. A report built on an unverified hypothesis wastes maintainer time; rerun the failing command or test and cite its current behavior. If verification is impossible right now, say so in the draft instead of writing an unqualified claim.
Draft From the Template
Produce the complete issue body in fenced Markdown for one-shot copying. It must answer every field the repository bug form asks for — what happened, expected behavior, reproduction steps, environment, and supporting evidence — as structured by .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug_report.yml, and split the diagnostic evidence into observed, inferred, and unknown. Every section below is required except Additional context, which should be dropped when empty rather than padded:
## Summary
<One paragraph: what is broken, where it lives, and the confirmed root cause or current best-supported theory.>
## User-visible behavior
<What a user observes, as facts separate from interpretation.>
## Steps to reproduce
<Minimal numbered steps. Name the runtime (installed release or `bun dev` mode) and whether the failure is deterministic.>
## Expected behavior
<The invariant the violated behavior breaks, not just the symptom's absence.>
## Actual behavior
<The observed failure, including the exact error text or minimal stack frames.>
## Diagnostic findings
### Observed
<Evidence verified at runtime: failing test name and result, log or observability excerpt with timestamps trimmed, reproduction command. Cite the evidence source and time window.>
### Inferred
<Causal chain from the evidence, stated as theory with its supporting observation.>
### Unknown
<What the current evidence cannot establish. Unverified claims and unrecovered details belong here, not in Observed.>
## Environment
- OS:
- Synergy version: (`synergy --version` or dev branch/commit)
- Bun version: (`bun --version`)
## Reproducibility
<deterministic / intermittent (approximate rate) / not reproduced — with one sentence on what varies.>
## Additional context
<Linked issues, prior postmortems, regression window, or proposed fix — only when real.>
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

report-bug is a skill published in the GitHub repository SII-Holos/synergy (386 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 83 tokens to every session and 1,128 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-13.
