doctor

doctor is a skill for Claude Code from SinanTufekci/agent-intern. It costs 72 tokens per session (525 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A diagnostic command for agent-intern that checks whether its supported helper-agent tools are installed, signed in, and ready. It reports each backend's status without using model quota.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when setting up agent-intern, after a delegation failure, or when you need to know which of Antigravity, Codex, Copilot, Cursor, opencode, Grok, Kimi, and Muse are available.
Why use it?
It shows why delegation may fail and what setup step is needed, without spending requests on the connected services.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00072 $0.00525
Opus 5.5 $0.00029 $0.00210
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00014 $0.00105
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00052

Security

Grade A, and why

doctor scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Call every agent-intern status tool in parallel. None of them spends quota:

  • antigravity_status
  • codex_status
  • copilot_status
  • cursor_status
  • opencode_status
  • grok_status
  • kimi_status
  • muse_status

Report one table with a row per backend and these columns: Backend, Ready, Version, Next step.

  • Ready:
    • ✅ installed and signed in
    • ⚠️ installed, but not signed in or misconfigured
    • ❌ CLI not found
  • Next step: the one thing to do, taken from that backend's status output, such as the login command. Keep it under about 12 words, and leave it empty for a backend that's ready.

After the table:

  • A newer agent-intern release: if any status output reports one, say so once and give the upgrade command it names.
  • No backend ready: recommend opencode. npm i -g opencode-ai needs no account, and its free models answer with zero credentials, just slowly.
  • Grok, Kimi and Muse: mark them experimental, because no real model has ever answered through them. If the user has one of those subscriptions, point them to https://github.com/SinanTufekci/agent-intern/issues/new?template=backend_verification.yml.

Don't call any *_ask, *_continue or image tool from this skill.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

doctor is a skill published in the GitHub repository SinanTufekci/agent-intern (25 stars, last pushed 5d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 72 tokens to every session and 525 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-25.
