Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00070 | $0.00902 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00028 | $0.00361 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00014 | $0.00180 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00090 |
Grade A, and why
data-room-builder scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 84 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Data Room Builder
The data room is where momentum goes to die or to accelerate. A messy, slow-to-assemble room signals an undisciplined company and gives a wavering investor a reason to drift. A clean, staged room signals "this founder runs a tight ship" and shortens the path to wired funds.
When to use this skill
Build it during [[fundraise-readiness-audit]] (you should be able to produce it in days - 3 to 5 working days is the standard for a seed-stage company with clean books), and stage it for sharing once a term sheet is near. Confirmatory diligence runs against it; see [[fundraise-closing-mechanics]].
Structure the room in tiers
Share progressively - not everything goes out on the first call.
Tier 1 - shared early (builds confidence)
- Pitch deck and the one-page narrative memo.
- Key metrics dashboard with definitions (so numbers are not disputed later).
- Market sizing with assumptions ([[market-sizing]]).
Tier 2 - shared at serious interest / pre-term-sheet
- Financials: historical P&L covering at least the trailing 24 months (monthly granularity), the model/projections ([[financial-planner]]), monthly burn and runway.
- Metrics detail: cohort/retention curves, CAC by channel, pipeline.
- Cap table: fully-diluted, plus prior SAFEs/notes ([[cap-table-manager]]).
- Product: roadmap, architecture overview, security posture.
Tier 3 - confirmatory diligence (post-term-sheet)
- Corporate: incorporation docs, board consents, prior financing docs.
- IP: assignment agreements for every founder and contractor.
- Customers: top contracts (any customer over ~10% of revenue gets extra scrutiny - have those contracts and their renewal terms ready), churn detail, references.
- People: org chart, key employee agreements, option grants.
- Legal: any litigation, regulatory exposure, material contracts.
Operating rules
- One source of truth per number. The metric in the deck, the data room, and your mouth must match to the decimal.
- Label and date every file. A folder named "Final_v3_real" loses you trust.
- Track who has access and what tier they are in; close access within a week of a deal dying - a stale open room is a leak waiting to happen.
- Keep an index document at the root so a partner can navigate without asking.
- Respond to any diligence document request within 24-48 hours. Slower than that reads as "they don't have it" and stalls the deal clock; confirmatory diligence should run 2-4 weeks, and slow responses are the usual reason it doesn't.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

data-room-builder is a skill published in the GitHub repository SkillMedev/skills (19 stars, last pushed 3d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 70 tokens to every session and 902 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.

invoice-generator
Create a professional, complete invoice for a client or customer. Use when asked to write an invoice, create a bill, draft a freelance/contractor invoice, or set up an invoice template. Produces a clear invoice — your and the client's details, a unique number, line items with quantities/rates, subtotal/tax/total…
financial-parser
