Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00101 $0.05359
Opus 5 $0.00051 $0.02679
Sonnet 5 $0.00020 $0.01072
Haiku 4.5 $0.00010 $0.00536

Security

Grade A, and why

israeli-annual-reports scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 1 executable file (scripts/financial_parser.py), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Israeli Annual Reports

This is a free information tool operated by an AI model. It explains how Israeli corporate reporting works and helps you read filings that issuers have already published. All of its outputs are produced automatically by an AI model, with no involvement, review, or approval by a licensed investment adviser. An AI model may err, omit data, or present a wrong conclusion.

The operators of this tool have no personal interest in the securities or financial assets mentioned in it, and receive no consideration, commission, or benefit of any kind for presenting them.

The output is not an accountant's opinion and not an audit of financial statements. It is not investment advice, not investment marketing, and not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial asset. It is not a substitute for advice that takes account of the particular data and needs of each person, and it does not take into account your financial position, your investment objectives, or the risk you are able to bear. Consult a licensed investment adviser before acting on anything here. All use of its output is the user's sole responsibility.

Scope: which "annual report" this is

In Israeli usage "doch shnati" means two different filings, and they have nothing to do with each other. Establish which one the user means before answering.

  • This skill covers SECURITIES periodic reporting: the doch titkufti a REPORTING CORPORATION files with the ISA through Magna and the public reads on MAYA, under the Securities Law 1968 and the Securities Regulations (Periodic and Immediate Reports) 1970.
  • This skill does NOT cover the Registrar of Companies annual report (the Companies Law Sec. 141 doch shnati every Israeli company files with Rasham HaChavarot, with the annual fee (agra shnatit) and the chevra mefera consequences of not filing). If the user runs an ordinary private company and asks "how do I file my annual report", that is the filing they mean, and this skill is the wrong tool. Route them to the Corporations Authority (see Reference Links) rather than answering with securities disclosure.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
