Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00124 | $0.02253 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00062 | $0.01126 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00025 | $0.00451 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00012 | $0.00225 |
Grade A, and why
dual-listed-arbitrage scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 136 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Legal notice
This is a free information tool operated by an AI model. It gathers data that has been published to the public and presents it in an organised form. The operators of this tool hold no personal interest in the securities or financial assets it mentions, and receive no consideration, commission, or benefit of any kind for presenting them. All of its outputs are produced automatically by an AI model, with no involvement, review, or approval by a licensed investment adviser.
The output is not investment advice, not investment marketing, and not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial asset. It is not a substitute for advice that takes account of the particular circumstances and needs of each person, and it does not consider your financial position, your investment objectives, or the risk you are able to bear. Market data may be partial, delayed, or wrong, and an AI model may err, omit data, or present a wrong conclusion. Consult a licensed adviser before any investment decision and verify every figure against the official source. All use of its output is the user's sole responsibility.
Compare the Tel Aviv and US prints of the same dual-listed company and report the currency-adjusted premium/discount. Treat the headline number as a monitor, not a free-money signal: for these fungible shares most of the gap is quote-timing, FX timing, and bid/ask, and closing a real gap means transferring shares between the registers (days of settlement plus cost).
Instructions
Step 1 - Load the pair registry
references/dual-listed-pairs.md lists 43 TASE/US pairs with their conversion ratio and per-pair alert thresholds. Never hardcode a pair from memory.
Step 2 - Fetch both legs
TASE price in agorot (divide by 100 for shekels) and the US price in USD. yfinance is occasionally inconsistent about the Tel-Aviv leg's currency tag (it may report ILS while the number is still agorot); if the converted TASE price differs from the US-implied shekel price by roughly a factor of 100, treat it as a scaling error and skip the pair rather than charting a fake ~100x gap.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

dual-listed-arbitrage is a skill published in the GitHub repository skills-il/tax-and-finance (34 stars, last pushed 3d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 124 tokens to every session and 2,253 once invoked, about $0.0006 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
