This is a free information tool operated by an AI model. It builds an indicative value range for a private company from the figures you supply, and explains the tax rules that apply to the company and to a share sale. All of its outputs are produced automatically by an AI model, with no involvement, review, or approval by an accountant, valuer, tax adviser, or lawyer. The output is not a signed valuation, not a professional opinion, and not a tax opinion, but an indicative range only: it involves no due diligence, does not verify the financial statements or the figures supplied, does not value real estate the company owns, and relies on market parameters that change. An AI model may err, omit data, or present a wrong conclusion.
Do not submit the output to the Israel Tax Authority, a court, or financial statements, and do not rely on it alone to sign a share purchase agreement or set a price. Any reading of a shareholders' agreement is for valuation inputs only and is not a legal interpretation of your rights. Responsibility for reporting and for paying the tax is yours, the binding computation is the Tax Authority's, and representation before the Tax Authority is reserved to those permitted by law. This tool is not a substitute for advice that takes account of the particular circumstances and needs of each person. For any transaction, filing, or reorganization, engage an accountant or valuer to prepare and sign the valuation, and a lawyer for the transaction documents. All use of its output is the user's sole responsibility.
Problem
Ask what a private Israeli company is worth and you get a number with no working behind it, or a spreadsheet from a US textbook. Both fail the same three ways: no Israel country premium in the discount rate, the statutory rate applied to a company that may pay far less under the Encouragement of Capital Investments Law, and one confident number where the honest output is a range. This skill builds the valuation as an Israeli practitioner does, shows every input and its source, and refuses false precision.
