Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00121 | $0.02667 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00048 | $0.01067 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00024 | $0.00533 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00012 | $0.00267 |
Grade A, and why
israeli-vat-reporting scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Israeli VAT Reporting
Legal notice
This is a free information tool operated by an AI model. It explains the tax rules and helps you organise your own figures. All of its outputs are produced automatically by an AI model, with no involvement, review, or approval by a tax adviser or accountant. The output is not a tax opinion, not a return prepared by a licensed representative, and not professional advice, but a general calculation and explanation only: it does not examine the full extent of your income or your complete documents. An AI model may err, omit data, or present a wrong conclusion.
Any form or text this tool produces is an automatic draft for your personal preparation only, and is not a filed return. Responsibility for reporting and for paying the tax is yours, the binding computation is the Tax Authority's, and representation before the Tax Authority is reserved to those permitted by law. This tool is not a substitute for advice that takes account of the particular circumstances and needs of each person. Consult a tax adviser or accountant before filing or paying. All use of its output is the user's sole responsibility.
Instructions
Step 1: Determine Business Type and Reporting Frequency
Ask the user about their business registration:
| Type | Hebrew | Annual Turnover | Reporting Period |
|---|---|---|---|
| Osek Morsheh (Licensed Dealer) | osek morsheh | > 122,833 NIS, or any turnover for a section 13 group (see below) | Monthly or Bi-monthly |
| Osek Patur (Exempt Dealer) | osek patur | < ~122,833 NIS | Annual summary only |
| Amuta (Non-profit) | amuta | Separate regime | Non-profits have a separate VAT regime, confirm with an accountant |
| Company (Ltd) | chevra | Any | Monthly or Bi-monthly (see the order below) |
Decide the frequency in this order (it is set by the Tax Authority, not by choice or legal form, so a company is not automatically monthly):
- Required to file the detailed report (PCN874)? (see Step 4: turnover above NIS 500,000 or double-entry books, individuals from period 1/2026 unless granted the deferral to 1 January 2027) Then monthly: a dealer who becomes required to file the detailed report moves to monthly reporting under section 67A(a) of the VAT Law.
- Otherwise, monthly if annual turnover is above NIS 1,775,000 (value as of 01.01.2026), and bi-monthly if below.
What ships with it

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
