Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00000 $0.00435
Opus 5 $0.00000 $0.00217
Sonnet 5 $0.00000 $0.00087
Haiku 4.5 $0.00000 $0.00044

Security

Grade A, and why

moltbook-auto-post scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 1 executable file (post.js), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Moltbook Auto Post

Automatic posting to Moltbook with intelligent content generation and rate limiting compliance.

Overview

This skill automates posting to the Moltbook social platform. It generates content using configurable templates and topics, respects platform rate limits, and logs all activity.

Usage

node skills/moltbook-auto-post/post.js

Typically invoked via a cron job on a schedule (e.g. every 6 hours).

Configuration

Edit config.json in this directory:

  • moltbook.apiBase — Moltbook API base URL
  • moltbook.accessToken — Your Moltbook access token (or set MOLTBOOK_TOKEN env var)
  • moltbook.profileId — Your Moltbook profile/user ID
  • rateLimit.minIntervalMinutes — Minimum minutes between posts (default: 180)
  • rateLimit.maxPostsPerDay — Maximum posts in a 24h window (default: 6)
  • content.topics — Array of topic keywords for content generation
  • content.templateDir — Path to post templates (relative to skill root)
  • content.style — Writing style: "casual", "professional", "creative"
  • content.maxLength — Maximum post character length

Rate Limiting

The script enforces two layers of rate limiting:

  1. Minimum interval — Won't post if the last post was too recent
  2. Daily cap — Won't exceed the configured max posts per day

Post history is tracked in post-history.json.

Templates

Place .md or .txt template files in the templates/ subdirectory. The script picks a random template and fills in topic-specific content. If no templates exist, it generates freeform content.

Logs

Activity is logged to post.log (rotated daily, kept for 7 days).

Dependencies

Requires node-fetch (v3+) and dayjs. Install via:

cd skills/moltbook-auto-post && npm install
Files

What ships with it

8 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

moltbook-auto-post is a skill published in the GitHub repository SKYLENAGE-AI/QwenClawBench (60 stars, last pushed 3mo ago), licensed MIT. It costs nothing until one of its globs matches a file; then it loads 435 tokens. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
